3. Conclusion of the contract
- E-book: the contract is concluded upon successful payment via Stripe.
- Custom training plan: submitting the questionnaire is an expression of interest. The seller confirms by e-mail or WhatsApp and sends payment details. The contract is concluded upon payment.
- Online coaching: after a free intro call the seller confirms the terms and sends payment details. The contract is concluded upon payment of the first month.
By purchasing, the buyer confirms they have read these terms and the privacy policy.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card via Stripe or by bank transfer. Online coaching is paid monthly in advance. The seller issues a payment receipt.
5. Delivery
- The e-book is made available without undue delay after payment, usually via a link sent by e-mail.
- The custom training plan is delivered within 7 business days of payment, by e-mail or in the app.
- Online coaching starts on the agreed date; the seller sends an invitation to the TrueCoach app.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). The seller refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- digital content (the e-book) supplied with the consumer’s prior express consent before the withdrawal period expired, where the consumer acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal;
- a custom training plan made to the consumer’s specification once work on it has begun with their consent.
If a consumer withdraws from online coaching after it started at their request within the withdrawal period, they pay a proportionate part of the price for the service already provided.
7. Ending online coaching
Coaching can be cancelled at any time by e-mail or message, effective at the end of the paid month, with no fees or penalties. Unused parts of a paid month are not refunded unless required by law.
8. Health notice and liability
Calisthenics is physically demanding. The buyer trains at their own risk and should be in a health condition that allows exercise; if in doubt, consult a doctor. The buyer must truthfully state injuries and health limitations in the questionnaire and keep the coach informed.
Training plans and advice are not medical care or physiotherapy. The seller is not liable for harm caused by not following instructions, withholding health limitations or training beyond the plan. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
9. Complaints
The seller is responsible for the digital content and services matching their description. Complaints can be sent to the seller’s e-mail and will be handled without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the Czech Civil Code.
10. Copyright
The e-book, training plans, videos and other materials are the seller’s copyrighted works, for the buyer’s personal use only. Sharing, distributing or reselling them without consent is not permitted.
11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz) handles out-of-court consumer disputes. Consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. The Czech version of these terms prevails. These terms take effect on 24. 10. 2026.
